At Sub Fast, we are committed to providing a reliable and secure experience for all our customers. That’s why we’ve outlined our return and usage policy clearly to ensure transparency and complete satisfaction.

🔁 Return Policy:

Customers have the right to request a refund within 72 hours from the date of purchase, provided that the request is reviewed and verified in accordance with our approved return conditions.

All return requests will be processed and responded to within no more than 72 business hours from the time of submission.

Refunds will not be accepted if the account, digital code, or gems have already been used by the customer.


💎 Digital Product Usage Policy (Accounts & Gems):

Once you receive your account or digital code, you must log in or activate it immediately to avoid any issues.

Using the product is entirely your responsibility. Sub Fast is not liable if the service provider (e.g., AZAR or any platform) suspends the account or imposes restrictions due to a violation of their terms of use.

We strongly recommend using the account or code as soon as it is delivered and not delaying activation, to avoid any possible problems from the provider's side.


⏱️ Delay & Compensation Policy:

We are committed to delivering your digital products or gems within 60 minutes or less after the order is completed.

If delivery is delayed by more than one hour, we will offer immediate compensation in the form of extra gems or a discount voucher.

In the rare event that delivery exceeds 24 hours (which has not occurred since we launched), we guarantee:

  • You will receive the product for free, or
  • You will get a full refund
